I believe that, when we find ourselves in difficult times, we lose sense of direction and/or focus. It is important to take time to STOP and reflect on what's going on, in order to help us work out where we are going, recharge and set new goals.

I keep up-to-date with new trends in therapeutic models to help with individual clients. Whilst running my own private practice, I am a clinical consultant for Barnardo's, a StopSO therapist and provide services for the NHS.
I also offer clinical therapeutic supervision.
I have a wealth of experience working with children suffering from emotional behavioural difficulties, family breakdown, depression, stress, offenders and mental health issues.
Having worked with Relate Cymru, I have developed my expertise around relationship issues with individuals, couples and families. I develop and deliver various training programmes for them and various other organisations, on emotional well-being and mental health.
I have trained counselling students for Place2Be, who provide counselling and therapeutic support in primary schools.
